At Blue Star Service Dogs, we understand that first responders face unique challenges both on and off the job. Every day, firefighters, law enforcement officers, corrections officers, dispatchers, EMTs, paramedics, emergency room personnel, and other public safety professionals answer the call to serve others, often carrying the weight of difficult experiences long after a shift ends.

 

Because no one should have to face those challenges alone, we are proud to partner with Frontline Strong Together (FST5), a Michigan-based organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of first responders and their families.

Blue Star Service Dogs and Frontline Strong Together share a common mission: ensuring first responders have access to the support, resources, and services they need to thrive.

 

While Blue Star Service Dogs provides specially trained service dogs to eligible first responders living with visible and invisible wounds, Frontline Strong Together offers a wide range of support services, including crisis intervention, peer support, wellness resources, family support, and connections to responder-focused services throughout Michigan.

 

Their team understands the unique realities of a career in public safety and is committed to helping first responders and their loved ones find the assistance they need.
